Our stay was a very very good experience. The hotel itself was quirky and fairly clean and the staff were EXCELLENT, it had amazing location close to the trainstation. Appreciated the small double room we had in a classic style. The private parking was nearby, good service.

The breakfast was lovely and had a great variety of options. I got a well-decorated room with a balcony upon arrival, and I really enjoyed that. - the location was particularly good, being just next to the sea and the train station.

Breakfast was good and you had the option to sit outside in a lovely garden area. The bedroom was small but comfortable.We did request a sea view but didnt get one. We were given wrong room key at first. I was very impressed with the toiletries (Temple spa)
There was never enough staff on duty. No one to serve drinks early evening and when we returned after eating out still could'nt get a drink!

It is a really beautiful hotel and typically Italian. It is very conveniently situated close to restaurants, shops and ferries to Portofino. The buffet breakfast is delicious.

Jolanda is a great place to stay at due to a number of reasons. Firstly, extremely friendly, positive and professional staff, especially - Giuseppe, Viviana, Marisa, and others. Always ready to help you with everything -info where to go, how to get there, what to do, etc. Grazie mille, ragazzi!!! Then - a perfect design, style and service. Breakfast is also very pleasant, under the orange trees))) Finally, a very good location in the town, quite close to everything. The quality of everything makes Jolanda rather a 4-star hotel!!! I would definitely recommend it to everyone and stay there myself again if ever in Santa-Margherita.
